Dr. Zhu is a board-certified anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine. He trained at Yale, New York-Presbyterian/Weill-Cornell, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and Hospital for Special Surgery. From 2018-2022, he built his own practice in Greenwich, CT, working at Greenwich Hospital. He was nominated to the list of Top Doctors in Fairfield County for 2022 by Greenwich Magazine, Stamford Magazine, and Westport Magazine. As of June 2022, Dr. Zhu has relocated to St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT where he will be providing Pain Management out of the brand-new Lighthouse Surgery Center.

Dr. Zhu has a special interest in treating challenging cases including cancer-related pain and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, a rare debilitating pain disorder.
